Winter trail use can present risk of serious injury or death. I understand that during trail use I am responsible for determining the safety of any trail based upon my own experience and skill level. I recognize that conditions may change rapidly and i accept this as a known risk. I realize that in the course of trail use, I may be exposed to such hazards as; unmarked, undeveloped and remote terrain, grooming equipment, accidents or illness, and thereby assume these and all risks and agree to hold harmless Methow Trails and all associates from any liability or demands which arise out of these risks and hazards while I am using Methow Trails facilities.

Methow Trails day tickets and annual passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not guarantee snow conditions or the amount of skiable days in the season, however on average we provide over 100 days each year. In addition, revenue from passes and tickets sustains our ability to groom, maintain, and develop trails year round.
